2. Written notice of cancellation must be given 3 weeks before commencement of the event.
Cancellation made prior to this is subject to 30% cancellation fees. No refunds of any kind will
be entertained upon cancellation within 3 weeks of the event. Substitution is allowed.
3. All payment must be received by us in full prior to the commencement of the event or entry
will not be permitted.
